The seaside town was battered by 75mph winds during the storm, with trees ripped down and homes left without power.

Volunteers from charities and organisations around Somerset have taken part in a carol concert linked to one hosted by the Princess of Wales.

A weather warning for wind is still in place across the West Country as Storm Darragh continues to bring disruption.
